Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect choices or a change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will happily provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue at support@forgottencrown.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been sent to production. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For lost or delayed packages, please first check with your local carrier using the tracking information provided. If the package remains missing, contact us with the details, and we will investigate further. Forgotten Crown cannot replace or reimburse orders that were not delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
