Q: Are your products made-to-order?
A: Yes, all our pieces are made-to-order, ensuring that each artwork is produced with attention to detail and quality. This also allows us to keep our offerings fresh and diverse, with pieces added to collections over time.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Production times vary depending on the product type. For example, our Canvas Wall Art typically takes around 2.3 business days, while Acrylic Prints average about 3.9 business days. Please keep in mind that production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Changes or cancellations can be made only if your order has not yet gone into production. If you need to make a change, please email us at support@forgottencrown.com as soon as possible with your order details.

Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.

A: Shipping times vary by location. For U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days. International shipping times range from 10-30 business days, depending on the destination.

International Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries. Please note, however, that there are some exclusions, including Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect choices or a change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will happily provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue at support@forgottencrown.com.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been sent to production. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: For lost or delayed packages, please first check with your local carrier using the tracking information provided. If the package remains missing, contact us with the details, and we will investigate further. Forgotten Crown cannot replace or reimburse orders that were not delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
